Within the framework of the services provided by The Seventh Day of Reading, we review in this report the most prominent places to be offered land, and payment systems.
1- The Building Cooperatives Authority decided to offer distinct plots of land in 7 new cities with payment facilities over 7 years.
2- The projects in which the plots of land are offered are: (The Pearl of New Cairo – The Pearl of 6 October – The Northern Expansions in 6th of October City – 103 Buildings in the 6th of October City – The Pearl of New Minya – The Pearl of New Assiut – The New Pearl of Sohag.
3- The specifications and terms of reference will be sold for one thousand pounds.
4- The auction session will be held on Monday, the first of next August, at twelve o’clock in the afternoon at the headquarters of the authority.
5- The New Cairo Pearl project will include a plot of land for a commercial mall 5 in a flat of 7941 square meters.
6- The 6th of October Pearl project contains 2 commercial malls, 2 services plots, with a flat area of 2000 square meters for each mall, a plot of land for a hospital with an area of 10,000 square meters, and a plot of land for an international school with a flat area of 10,000 square meters.
7- The northern expansion project includes a commercial mall A Full concrete structure with flat 3336 m2.
8- The 103 building project includes a plot of land for a social and recreational services center on a flat 2637 m2.
9- The New Minya Pearl project includes a hospital plot of land on a plot of 7634,5 square meters, a plot of a private school plot of 8471.1.8 square meters, a plot of commercial and administrative land on a plot of 13789.3 square meters, a plot of commercial land on a plot of 1,573 square meters, and an administrative plot of land on a plot of 7634. 5 m2.
10- The New Assiut Pearl project contains a plot of land for a medical center on a flat surface of 3817 square meters, a plot of land for a private school on a flat surface of 4986 square meters, a plot of land for an administrative shopping center in a flat area of 498.5 square meters, a plot of land for a commercial center on a flat surface of 1015.8 square meters, and a plot of land for an administrative center in a flat area 999 m2.
