Enterprise Development Agency: 82 million pounds from a decent life in 5 Qena centers

Mahmoud Al-Amary, director of the Project Development Authority branch in Qena, revealed that the presidential initiative, A Dignified Life in Qena Governorate, targets 5 centers: Abu Chit, Farshout, Deshna, Waqf, and Qus. The number of 3307 small and micro projects, which in turn provided about 5047 job opportunities for the people of those villages. He also invited citizens in Qena Governorate to go to the agency’s branch in the governorate to benefit from the various services that help them start new projects.

A statement by the agency said that it is a continuation of the efforts of the Medium, Small and Micro Enterprise Development Agency in implementing the axes of the presidential initiative “A Dignified Life” in cooperation with various state agencies, in implementation of the political leadership’s directives to develop the Egyptian countryside, improve infrastructure and community services, advance economic conditions in villages and centers most in need, and provide opportunities Work for the people of the villages targeted by the initiative, especially in Upper Egypt.

Major General Ashraf Al-Daoudi, Governor of Qena, and Mr. Mahmoud Al-Amari, Director of the Agency’s branch in Qena, toured the Farshout Center, one of the targeted centers of the Good Life Initiative, where they visited a number of projects funded by the Agency, and held meetings with their owners to identify their needs and requirements to help them develop their projects, which helps them to Continuing and expanding their activities.

Major General Ashraf Al-Daoudi, Governor of Qena, praised the role played by the Enterprise Development Authority to support citizens, especially youth and women, to encourage them to start new projects that contribute to improving their economic level. Help them go to self-employment.
