Rabie Yassin on Salah’s support for Moamen Zakaria: “A human being and pride for the Egyptians”

Rabie Yassin, the former Al-Ahly star, confirmed that he is not afraid of the first football team in Al-Ahly club in Morocco against Wydad in the final of the African Champions League this season.

Yassin said, in his statements on the “Remontada” program on Al-Mehwar channel: “Media support for Al-Ahly is necessary before facing Wydad in the African Champions League final this season.”

He added, “Al-Ahly is accustomed to public pressure, and knows how to win in such an atmosphere. I do not fear for Al-Ahly in Morocco.”

And about Moamen Zakaria’s celebration with Liverpool star Mohamed Salah, he said: “Salah is a human being, and the pride of the Arabs is indeed, and I hope Moamen Zakaria recovers quickly, as he is able to return to his brilliance in the stadiums again.”

Al-Ahly club succeeded in qualifying for the final of the African Champions League for the 15th time in its history, after beating Algeria’s ES Setif 6/2 in the aggregate of the semi-final matches, and for the third time in a row.

Al-Ahly club fans dream of winning the third title in a row, after winning the first title at the expense of Zamalek in 2020 and South Africa’s Kaizer Chavez in 2021, and Wydad will meet Morocco this year.

Al-Ahly team qualified for the final of the African Champions League after drawing with ES Setif of Algeria with two goals for each team in the match that brought them together on Saturday evening at the July 5 Stadium in the Algerian capital, in the second leg of the semi-finals of the African Champions League.

He scored for Al-Ahly Ahmed Abdel Qader and tied for ES Setif Ahmed Al-Qandousi before Riyad Bin Ayyad added the second goal of the owners of the land, and Mohamed Sharif scored the equalizing goal for Al-Ahly and with this result, Al-Ahly qualified for the final match of the African Champions League after winning the aggregate of the two matches 6/2, where he won in the The first leg was 4-0 and tied in the second leg in Algeria with a score of 2/2.
